Name of the Post: Company Secretary (Assistant General Manager (SMGS-V))
Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be maximum 45 years.
Educational Qualification:Candidates should possess Graduation Degree plus Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries (ACS), Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory
Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in Investor Relations, Secretarial Matters and Statutory Compliance, etc.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in personal interview.
