Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Arts/Science/ Commerce with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for Post No 1.
CA/ CMA/ MBA Finance from recognized University/Institute for Post No 2.
Experience: 12 years for Company Secretary and 5 years for Manager (Finance).
