Educational Qualification:
Deputy Chief (Company Secretary): 1) a) Graduate from recognized University / Institute or equivalent. b) Member of ICSI. c) Degree in Law from recognized University / Institute will be preferred.
Senior Manager (Company Secretary): 1) a) Graduate from recognized University / Institute or equivalent. b) Member of ICSI. c) Degree in Law from recognized University / Institute will be preferred.
Pay Scale: INR 60000-200000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Deputy Chief (Company Secretary): 42 Years. Senior Manager (Company Secretary): 38 Years.
