Role Description:
To ensure compliance with the provisions of Companies Law and rules made thereunder and other statutes and bye-laws as applicable to the company and to assist CEO/EVP-Support in ensuring adherence of the organization to corporate governance stipulations.
The role holder would also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements of the Companies Act, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) etc. and maintaining all corporate governance related documentation in a robust and efficient manner.
