Age Limit: Upper age limit is 50 years
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Company Secretary.
Experience: Minimum 5 years professional experience of dealing with legal and regularity matters of the company and good knowledge of Companies Act.
Salary: Rs. 75,000/- p.m.
