General Manager – Finance
| Broad Job Profile : The incumbent shall lead Finance section of F&A department and shall report to CFO, OPaL. He shall be responsible for costing and budgeting, financial reporting, insurance and risk management, foreign exchange management, liaison with banks and FI’s for Corporate Finance, Treasury activities, Trade finance and working capital loans including ECB/ECA, knowledge of raising of equity through IPO and private placements, etc. Desired Qualification & Experience : CA/ CMA or first class full time MBA/PG (equivalent) with minimum 18 years of hands on experience in managing Finance activities experience of finance function covering treasury, corporate finance, raising equity/quasi equity, working capital management, etc. for a large organisation of repute, preferably in petrochemicals or Hydrocarbon Industry and having exceptional leadership qualities and experience in senior roles. |
Location: Vadodara
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Salary: Rs. 28 Lakhs to Rs. 40 Lakhs p.a.
