Age Limit: Upper age limit is 59 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates Should be a CS/ Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Experience: Atleast 5 years of experience related to Company Affairs.
Salary: Rs. 55,000/- Per Month scale
