Name of the Posts:
1. Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): 01 Post
2. Assistant Manager: 01 Post
Age Limit: Upper age limit is as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Company Secretary for post 1. Graduate with LLB from a recognized University or Degree in Law (5 years integrated course) from a National Law School/ University/ Deemed University for post 2.
Experience:
POST 1: Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should have Associate/ Fellow member of ICSI. Bachelor Degree in Law / LLB from a recognized University will be an added advantage.
POST 2: Candidate should have 03 Years of post qualification experience in handling matters in Legal Department of a Company/Corporate Law firm.
Salary: Rs. 36,600-62,000/- Per Month scale
