1. Company Secretary: 01 Post
2. Junior Company Secretary: 01 Post
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed CS.
Experience: Minimum 2-9 years of post qualification relevant experience for post 1. Fresher Company Secretary for post 2.
Salary: Remuneration package shall be commensurate with qualification, experience and in accordance with the company policy and rules. However during probation period lump sum remuneration of NPR 80,000/- for the post of Company Secretary and NPR 40,000/- for the post of Junior Company Secretary will be paid to the incumbents
