CBSE has released the scanned images of OMR answer sheets of the candidates with their recorded responses and answer keys of University Grants Commission’s (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) examination held on January 22, 2017.
The results of UGC conducted National Eligibilty Test is expected to be declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on its official website, cbse.nic.in by 10th May. As per the reports Central Board of Secondary Education has delayed the result is due to the various competitive exam in the pipeline and CBSE is declaring the result one by one.
Candidates can view them and raise their objections by clicking here. Key in your application number and password and click on login on the new page that opens.
The question papers and answer will be displayed and the candidates have to verify the answer keys according to the examination in which they have appeared. Take a print out of images of OMR sheets, recorded responses, answer keys and save it on your computer too.
Candidates are allowed to challenge the recorded responses if these differ from the ones they had marked on the OMR sheet. The challenge if any of scanned images of OMR answer sheets & answer key will be accepted online only, through the link available on the website www.cbsenet.nic.in from 02/05/2017 to 08/05/2017. The challenges submitted by post or in person will not be entertained.
The prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/- per recorded response challenged will be required to be submitted through Credit/Debit Card only up-to 08/05/2017. Similarly, the candidates are also allowed to challenge the answer keys through the link available on the website www.cbsenet.nic.in on 02/05/2017 to 08/05/2017. A fee of Rs. 1000/- per question will be required to be submitted through credit/debit card. The fee once paid is non refundable.
If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if the recorded response is not the same as marked by the candidate on OMR sheet, the correction will be done and the fee will be refunded.
