Educational Qualification: Must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Desirable Qualification, not mandatory:-

(a) CA/ICWA/LL.B. OR

(b) MBA (Finance) with at least 55% Marks or equivalent grade/level (Full Time) from University / Institute established by Law in India or approved by the All India Council forTechnical Education (AICTE).

Experience: Three years’ post qualification experience of working as Company Secretary or in the Company Secretarial department/ office of a Corporation or Company of repute

Pay Scale: INR (PB-3) of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-

Age Limit: 21-35 years.
