Looking after all applicable compliances & RoC mattersManagement of all statutory documents & recordsManagement of matters related to CLB, Board meetings & AGMs absence of HoDPerforming due-diligence on new business opportunities, JVs & Acquisition Drafting and vetting of agreements.Awareness of latest development in LegalMaintaining and Updating Agreements on day to day basisVision to streamline the Arrangement of Legal Documents and maintaining Records thereof.
