Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has invited applications for the posts of Member, National Company Law Tribunal to be constituted under section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013.
A member of the Institute, amongst others, who is in practice as a CA/ CS/ CMA for the last 15 years, is eligible for appointment as Technical Member provided he/she has completed the age of 50 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
