Description:
The CFO will be responsible for Planning, Implementing, Managing and Controlling all finance related matters including accurate and consistent financial recording and reporting, investment and asset management, credit management, development and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasting and evaluating short and long term financial objectives.
He / she will also be responsible for internal controls, coordination with Auditors, proper filling of tax returns, legal and statutory compliances. Direct and overseas all aspects of financial and accounting functions of a Group of manufacturing companies. Provide recommendation to strategically enhance finance performance and business opportunities.
Candidate Details:
Qualification – CA
Experience – 15+ yrs in progressively responsible finance management role in a large Group of manufacturing company.
