ICAI has announced that the result of the CA Final Exam held in May 2017 and CPT held in June 2017 are likely to be declared on Tuesday, the 18th July 2017 around 2.00 P.M. Also ICAI will publish the merit list on all India basis (i.e. the list of candidates securing 55% and above marks in CA Final Exam and upto the maximum of 50th Rank).
The result of both the exams will be announced on the official website, which is icaiexam.icai.org. To check the result, the candidates will have to enter the Roll Number and Pin Number or Registration Number. Hence, to check the result Roll Number is mandatory but candidates may choose between Registration or Pin Number.
i) Online Results of CA Final Exam May 2017/ CPT June 2017
As per ICAI announcement, the results of CA Final and CPT will be available on the following website:

Arrangements have also been made by the ICAI for the students of CA Final Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) desirous of having results on their e-mail addresses to register their requests at the above website, i.e., http://icaiexam.icai.org from 14 July 2017 onwards. All those registering their requests will be provided their results through e-mail on the e-mail addresses registered as above immediately after the declaration of the result.
iii) CPT/ CA Final Results via SMS
Further, facilities have been made by the ICAI for the students of CA Final Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in Nov. 2016/ Dec. 2016 desirous of knowing their results with marks on SMS. The service will be available through India Times. For getting results through SMS, students should type:
i) for Final Examination result the following:
CAFNL(space)XXXXXX (Where XXXXXX is the six digit Final examination roll number of the candidate) e.g. CAFNL 000128 and send the message to: 58888 – for all mobile services
ii) for Common Proficiency Test result the following:
CACPT(Space)XXXXXX (Where XXXXXX is the six digit Common Proficiency Test roll number of the candidate e.g. CACPT 000171 and send the message to: 58888 – for all mobile services
